What a wonderful way to drink cacao. The perfect comforting warm drink to get you
going for your day ahead. The creaminess of the coconut milk, the silky cacao, the
warming spices with the Lion’s Mane make this drink irresistible.
Dairy Free, Plant Based
Serves 1
1 cup/240ml oat milk (no oil added)
¼ cup/60ml coconut Milk
¼ cup/60ml water
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp cardamom
A pinch of nutmeg
A few drops of vanilla extract
15-25g ceremonial cacao, chopped (Cacao Magic Costa Rica)
1 tsp Lion’s Mane Mushroom Powder (Irish Botanica)
> Add all the ingredients to a small pot, excluding the cacao and mushroom.
> Heat up gently until you see steam. Do not let the pot over heat or you will
damage the nutrients in the cacao and the mushroom.
> Add the cacao and the lion’s mane and blend with a hand held blender to make a
smooth and frothy cacao, mushroom drink.
> Set your intention for the day and offer gratitude for this beautiful remedy before
you enjoy.
